About Amaya Absynthe
Amaya Absynthe has been performing pole and burlesque for nearly a decade and has earned awards such as the Master of Assles title of Burly Pics 2017 among others. She's performed with many of the most well-known burlesque productions and other nightlife events in Los Angeles.
Known for her dark and sultry performances, Amaya always brings something unexpected and uniquely her to our shows

July 2020
Amaya puts on a smoke show at her Burlesque & Chill debut in our 4th online show in the midst of Covid-19 shut-downs.
April 2021
In January of 2021, Amaya officially joined the Burlesque & Chill Troupe as a founding member, committing to another year of online shows. This is from her live performance in “Burlesque & Chill does Memes.”
September 2022
After a single, outdoor, private in-person show in 2021, Amaya continued her troupe participation in 2022 with lots more, sexy virtual shows including lots of beautiful pole dancing.
January 2023
2023, Amaya continued her troupe participation as we began our first in-person residency at The Threes Club with what would become our signature, live band shows!
October 2023
Amaya was our “curator” for our October installment of Jukebox Sleaze at The Last Call, Tarzana, in collaboration with Lusty Kitten. Amaya chose Metal for her genre and invited Via L’once as her guest star.
February 2024
Amaya debuted her iconic Oni act at our first show at our current Live Band Show residency at The Cat’s Crawl for Beautiful Creatures. Representing the mischievous demons from Japanese mythology.
June 2024
Amaya also performed in some of our Speakeasy residency shows at Lost Property Bar in Hollywood. Here, she performs her werewolf act for our Pet Play Café Speakeasy.
February 2025
Amaya is continuing on her fourth year as a troupe soloist and continues to perform in all of our Live Band Shows this year and participating in our limited virtual shows as well. Here she is at our first show of this year, The Love Show where she represented “Toxic Love.”
