Marcie made us a few custom costumes in 2025, now she’s joining the troupe as our official costume designer in 2026!

Marcie Belk was taught at the tender age of 4 how to sew and has only gone up from there! She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Drama from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro where she studied acting and costume design.

She has had the pleasure of making costumes for some of LA’s finest, including Burlesque and Chill’s own Jade Risqué.

She specializes in both vintage inspired and whimsical pieces for all bodies. Marcie focuses on textures and fit to add value without breaking the bank.

Pieces Marcie has previously made for Burlesque and Chill’s 2025 season include the Jonesy costume for Pansy St. Battie’s Alien act for SCREAMTACULAR and the mermaid tails for their water nymph act in Beautiful Creatures.
