Frida was an inaugural dancer in our 2025 season and has been promoted to demi-soloist in 2026!

Frida has 20+ years of dance training, 10 years of vocal music study, and is an alumni of the American Musical and Dramatic Academy. She has dedicated herself to the craft of performing; Every act is a blend of culture, spirituality, and fluid sexuality including skills such as baton twirling, fire, & kink play.

Frida is a cover girl in the pinup and car culture community, has been featured in L.A. Taco as a a kink professional, and has performed regularly with the official Rocky Horror Picture Show’s Anniversary Spectacular Tour alongside the films original cast members.

Frida choreographs and stages for various performances groups and individuals across Southern California, so even if you’ve never seen her, you’ve definitely seen her moves.

Getting promoted to Demi-Soloist has become the highlight of my time here burlesque&chill, along with every lift and pre-show backstage toast. 🥂
